It involves developing businesses with a positive relationship to the society in which they operate. We reserve a place for disables. It's not just about helping disabled people overcome disadvantage, we are seeing them as an important source of talent, creativity and innovation. We’ve employed disables and training them to work and our staff interact with them in a friendly manner for them to feel comfortable in our corporate environment.
